Reaching the inn's entrance, Allan swiftly shifted under Will's inquiring gaze; his discomfort didn't last long though, as predictable.
Allan A Dale wasn't man to wonder over his own moral conduct or to feel the weight of someone else's reproach for more than a few seconds.
"I assume the two of you are ready to go, or did you want to stay for some quality time with your new friends?"
"Nah," he nonchalantly shrugged his shoulders "I think we're done for today, right?" And with that he aimed a lazy wink in Anya's direction before turning for the door.

Will knew he could always count on his outlaw associate for the quick and witty comment . However, it did not appear, from the look on her face, that Anya had appreciated Allan's grab and jerk by the forearm very much. In fact, the stare that her eyes was giving him were absolutely drilling in nature.
"I ceased long ago wondering whether your conscience ever bothered you about taking people's money like that Allan. Although its not really cheating, one of these days you are going to run into some bloke who will take a measure of blood for their loss of coin, eh," Will said, smiling ever so slightly.
Will nodded quickly to Allan's comment about 'being done for the day', and quickly led his friends outside where they quickly retreated to the shadows before they could feel very relaxed. However, relaxation was not what it appeared that Anya was interested in. They all were under varying degrees of the effects of their Ale, Will being the least, but it did not appear to soften Anya's mood. Will separated himself slightly from the two of them, since he was expecting the inevitable explosion from her, and did not want to be in the way of that.
