"I do not think you are correct, Mary. For some of us, an unlucky few, are given the ability to take a life. For others, it is an unnatural, horrible thing and is rarely even done."
Smiling, Robin played along. "Well, he is a sneaky one. Hard to find, you know. I will let you know if I see him."
Looking out over Merton, Robin addressed what Mary said. "We will see each other again, Mary. Of that I am sure. You will be fine from here?"
Taking her hand and once again pressing his lips to the back of it. "It has been a pleasure, my lady. An experience, also."

"I suppose I am unfortunatly capable to make my way down to Merton." Mary frowned, staring down at Merton. She turned back to look at Robin. "I would imagine this handsome and charming fellow is in high demand. I could hardly think he should be able to sleep without his door knocked down! I say it must be a shame for him, a curse even." She began chuckling. "It is so nice to meet another living human who gets my wit and can toss it back!"
"An experience in egotistical brusing?" She blushed when he kissed her hand, a smile pursing her lips. "I am honored to have met my hero. And shall cherish this time." Mary couldn't resist it, as she started to walk away, she stopped and turned back and hugged Robin.

"In high demand? Hardly. I find myself hardly able to help at all, lately. The food shortage is making things tricky."
Laughing gently, Robin returned the hug. "I must say, it was an equal honor to meet someone who looks at me in such a way, regardless of what it may or may not do for my ego. I hope we meet again soon, Mary. If you are ever in need of help, you will no doubt now have no trouble finding me. Do not hesitate in seeking me out."

"I shall defidently seek you out whenever I am in need of help, or perhaps even talk. You are a good person who shares equal beliefs to speak with." She patted his back before releasing the hug quickly.
"Have fun with that woman you mentioned who holds your heart. It can go too soon." She smiled sadly before setting off.

"Mary!"
He called to her as she walked away, waiting for her to turn back. Her parting look had been so full of sadness he could not let her leave without saying something else.
"Do not let the pain of losing James keep you from finding love. You will make someone very lucky one day. Of that, I have no doubt."

Margaret turned back to Robin, staring at him as he spoke. She smiled sweetly, nodding with a sadness still in her eyes. "I know Robin, I do know. Sometimes, I feel like he's still out there. Which I know is foolish. Perhaps someday, I will find someone else."
She blew a kiss before walking on, "Thank you, Robin."
