Blocking the strike aimed for his shoulder, Robin's sword clashed against his foes loudly. The man was slower, his movements hindered by his armour, and yet Robin could feel great strength behind the blow.
The first attack, sudden as it had been had distracted him, and the other man's sword made contact with his leg, luckily making only a shallow cut across his thigh as he once again moved back quickly, bringing his sword up quickly to knock the attacking weapon sideways, forcing it further from him even as he hissed in pain at the wound he had received.

Rigoletto saw his first blow be blocked but, his second did make its make how ever as he felt the blow of Robin’s strike his blow before only helped Robin to push this sword away it had just not broke his grip how ever it had in the end left him open for much of an attack that is should he not be fast enough with his shield It also had forced him to hold back form making an attack, this time.

Once he had knocked his enemies sword back, Robin stepped backwards, his scimitar pointed out in front of him, daring the other man to attack again.
"Tell me, friend, what you think this will achieve. Take your cowardice and run while you still have the chance!" Robin's tone was heavily mocking, even though it was his blood that had been spilt.
"Your men with their slow intellect have probably already lost the villagers and their way. Go and find them, run away with your tail between your legs."

Rigoletto saw Robin steep forward he was ready to defend; he then heard Robin’s words “Cowardice? The only cowered I see is the one before me” Rigoletto moved to swig for Robin’s shoulder before he kneeled & did low upper swing for ether Robins leg or stomach what ever was the more likely to hit, his shield was held to help keep form a counter form Robin, with that he moved to his feet once more.
Rigoletto mocked so easily back, with Robin’s other words “I will deal with them when I am done here, you think so easily that all with cower from you like a dog & run, yet it is you who roles over for county & its people” He said it just to push Robin’s buttons, to make him acted with outing thinking, giving him the upper hand.

Robin jumped the sword as it swung at his legs, dodging the blow.
"Such clever words you speak! Did you come up with those on your own, or do you pay someone to write them for you?" Robin mocked him as he swung his sword in a wide arc, approaching the side of the other man's body not protected by his shield.
"Say what you will, I am proud to fight for this country, especially against greedy men such as yourself who have nothing but blackness in your soul!"

Rigoletto saw his blow missed he was not happy about, that he wanted to have this over with by now, he steeped back as Robin swung his weapon to guard with his shield. He had not missed Robin’s words he easily spoke “I did not have to pay anyone, you so easily condemn my soul & yet your king’s soul is being tainted with those he kills in the holy land” He was taunting Robin, to make an opening for him to strike him, if an opening came he would moved to swing with his shield upward to hopefully off set Robin as he made to make a trusted with his sword, for Robin.

Narrowly avoiding the latest attack against him, Robin glared daggers at the other man, scoffing. "And what would you know of the Holy Land! The King fights for this country, and when he returns he will make sure people like you pay for your crimes."
Taking his sword in both hands, Robin swung it hard, aiming to once again avoid the other man's shield. He did not wish to kill him, but for this to end he needed to overpower him.

Rigoletto heard Robin’s words -Yes figuers, that he would say that & if Richard came back, that he way sure tat he would he would if need be pay for his so called crimes- He moved to steep out of most of the blow of Robin’s sword but, he had to hold fast to not still lost his sword from the blow. He looked at Robin behind the helm “Likly more then you & he can only make one pay if he does come back” What did he have to say to get, Robin to lose his cool what would, give him the upper hand? He was still working on it & figuring out Robin on top of all of it.

Robin laughed, cheekily, stepping back a few paces, giving a temporary break from the constant contact of their swords.
"You doubt the King's ability to restore order? So, you are traitorous as well as trecherous."
Robin's bow hung across his back, and he briefly considered using it, rather than continuing this fight with swords. It could only end things more quickly.

At seeing Robin steeped back form him, he held from attacking him since it did not prove good sported. “If he returns, I am sure that he came but, those he fights are not like any you have faced before or any that are with in this kingdom” At is last words he easily spoke “That is your thoughts on the matter, only time will tell if you are right” He was at the ready to fight, if need be but, he was not one that normally pushed for it for he normally could get away with simply them fearing him.

Raising a brow, Robin questioned him. "Not like those I have faced? I have faced many foes, and few now surprise me. Your kind, you are all alike. Predictable, and stupid."
Deciding he was rather enjoying this situation, for it had been a while since he had been able to goad a man in such a way, Robin raised his sword again.
"Let us finish this now, so you may skulk back to where ever it is you came from."

Rigoletto easily smirked “You say that we are all predictable my kind & yet you did not predict my every move” Looking at Robin as he spoke “Have you been to the holy land?“ If he had then, perhaps she would have reason to speak other wise you was he to speak so. He heard his last words he rose his sword once more, ready to fight he was quick to push off with his feet to move to do a shield smash to Robin & if it worked to move to hit him with the hilt of his sword, so that it would not kill him. If that did not work he would turn & go for each of his shoulders, then his legs & lastly his head.

Robin prepared himself for an oncoming attack, for he could see the stranger readying himself.
"I fought for the king, yes. I was proud to be called Captain of the King's private guard. And what noble deeds do you have to your name, my mysterious friend?"
The man's question had distracted him, but Robin realised this too late. At the sudden and strong attack with his shield, Robin was knocked backwards off his feet, unable to bring his sword up in time to stop the onslaught. His sword was knocked from his grasp to lay just out of reach.

Rigoletto saw Robin fall to the ground the ground, he could of made a killing blow them but, he did not he held back form doing so. But, it was likely clear to both men, that things could have been different. Rigoletto moved to point his sword at Robin, as he picked up Robins sword with his shield hand to keep it ouf of his reach, as he spoke “You think that one boasting of there deeds prove anything, of there greatness? If you do, then you are a bigger fool then I thought you to be” He looked at Robin “I could take you in but, perhaps I should give you the chance to run with your tail between your legs instead” He was ready should Robin try anything, yet he would hold form attacking.

Even with a sword pointing at him, Robin did not show fear. It was simply not in him to do so. He had been in this position countless times. He replied calmly.
"One may talk of his accomplishments when he has reason to be proud of them. Is that why you hold your tongue regarding your own actions? Perhaps it is shame."
It may have been unwise to purposefully anger the man holding a sword to you, but Robin did not seem to care.
"I will not run, you have my assurance on that. Do what you must."
