Charlotte Bennett was in a right nasty mood at the moment and she was doing a very bad job at hiding it. She walked quickly without ever glancing around to see where she was going. Char was made numb to fear by the furious feelings welling up inside of her.
Peter was all but driving her insane and she was on the edge of hitting something. Perhaps she was overreacting to what he had said to her. "Charlotte, your purpose is to serve me. You can't just wander around all day and act like a complete fool!" It seemed like a nasty thing to say to your wife, especially the way he had spat the words at her as if she was absolutely nothing to him. On top of that she was still extremely angry about that stupid guard at the castle that was so rude to her.
She thought about Peter, who was probably shocked at the fact that his wife, his servant, had just stormed off and was probably already planning on how to punish her for it. He had yelled at her, telling her if she had any sense she woudl came back to him and quit all her complaining. As she recalled he had been complaining about her utter lacking of work ethic, which was completely outrageous to her! Peter didn't realize how hard she worked and she was deadset on making sure he learned that before he angered her again.
There was something she absolutely hated about serving others, especially an insolent man like Peter. Sure, the two got along well when she was pleasing him, but when she did something he didn't like then she was sure in for it. Most of the time it was verbal but sometimes, when he was very angry, he would beat her. And that made her the most angry of all, though after that she dared not fight back.
Charlotte let out a long sigh as she wondered if that would be the consequence this time. Right now she could care less, because she knew that she was away from him for the time being, but how long would she stay away? It was already getting dark.
After a moment Charlotte looked up to realize that she was not anywhere she recognized. Panic swept over her as she looked around, searching for something familiar. There was nothing but a dense growth of trees surrounding her. Charlotte sat on the ground, leaning against a tree, trying to decide which direction to go.

Rigoletto was out riding, for once more for pleaser & to keep his stallion in shape. He was not wearing all his armor but, he still was wearing somr of it. His face was still covered by a mask that hid if from those around him that might see him & it was cover enough that no one could tell greatly who he was by looks.
Where he was also was not where many would be so it was a place, that he care to find some form of peace.
His horse danced lightly under him but, he was not being aggressive or strong willed more acting like a colt once more that enjoyed the feel of freedom. Freedom that was almost unheard of with in this land or any other land by it. Rigoletto, carried weapons to insure that he would not be taken or robed so easily not that it was likely that many would dare to challenge him for he had a present that said that if pressed he could deal a deadly blow to a person or show that he had no problem in fighting a person.
In many ways he had be trained & born to fight & serve, so in many ways it was his nature to fight or provoke some one to fight even if it was over something small. There where few times that he did not find a reason to fight but, he also knew his place.

Charlotte closed her eyes and took in air through her nose, slowly releasing it through her slightly parted lips. She stayed in that position leaning against the tree until finally some of her anger had dissipated.
Though those harsh feelings of hate were gone, new feelings emerged as she imagined what it would be like when she returned home. And these feelings of fear only multiplied as she heard the sound of hooves.
As Charlotte stood up trying to make as little noise as possible she looked around her, searching for the horse and its rider, who she hoped would not be Peter. She scolded herself for being such an insolent and stupid woman, letting her temper once again get the better of her.
Her eyes locked on to a rider whom she did not recognize, which brought both relief and a deeper fear. His face was masked and he wore some armor, which was, to say the least, intimidating. Charlotte hoped he wouldn't notice her as she stayed close to the tree, but did not dare to move.
Slowly she moved one of her feet, and regretted it the moment she did so. She felt something snap under her, a twig she supposed. But she was sure anyone could have been able to hear it echo through the forest. Char moved forward slightly waiting for something to happen.

Rigoletto could not help but, draw back on the rains as he heard the snap of a twig. His eyes snapped up to see where it came from & his left hand had come to rest on his sword ready for danger or an attack. As his eyes scanned the area he saw a figure, a short distance away but, as one looked closer he could see that it was a Lady & he had a feeling he had seen her before but, then he had seen many people.
Or more he had pass many people in his line of work so there was no saying that he had not seen her but, even if he had that did not mean that he knew her or anything about her. But, his hand stilled as his leg of the handle of his sword & he loosened more on his rains of his horse. With that he was not sure what would bring such a Lady out here but, it was getting dark so perhaps he would ask.
Light clicking his horse started to move in the Lady’s direction when he was close enough to her he stopped as he spoke ‘Me Lady, are you alright? Are you lost?” It was stopped to ask but, then his nature could not over look asking if she might need some help for this was a very open place & there was not much or at least anything close that she might of come from at least any thing that he could think of at the moment.
His horse light flicked his tail as if to brush a fly away & his black coat glmered like a onxe stone of the darkes blacks but, still a jewle never the less.

Realizing he had indeed noticed her she walked out of the bushes and her face gained a pained expression as she felt her skirt snag on something. She felt something digging into her leg and she quickly moved back from it to survey the little droplets of blood coming from a small cut.
The man sure did look a bit intimidating on his high horse as Charlotte studied him over. She moved forward slightly as she pushed her hair back and straightened her skirts in some attempt to look more presentable.
"I am lost, Sir. Quite, actually. But I seemed to have survived unscathed with the exception of my leg." Char looked down again to see how much blood was dripping and was thankful it was very little in reality. "
Charlotte came into a more open spot in the forest before speaking again. "It was foolish of me to come out here, alone and please do forgive me for disturbing your ride." After the encounter with Noah Green Charlotte hardly wanted to get on any of this type of folk's bad sides with harsh words. She was surprised by how much kinder this man seemed to be then Noah, though.

It was odd how as the Black Knight Rigoletto, almost in many ways had two sides like Jackal & Hyde one that was for the Ladies & the other for men, something that even why being a man to fear he did his best to up hold some honor even if it was hard to see & slim. But, at hearing her words he nodded lightly before he spoke “Then that is good, for these area is not one of the best for anyone alone to travel” Of course there was not many places that it was safe for anyone alone to travel but, Ladies where even few places for in many ways they where taken advantage of much more.
“Then since you are not quite lost, perhaps you simply need pointed in the way that you wish to head?” It was not to come out as a insulate them it might since, many things when he said them came out as so. Likely because of his tone & his repetition, he had not missed that she had noticed he had seen her & moved closer to where he would be. As he watched he could see that something had hit her or took her attention away but, he had his answer when she spoke on her leg so it must have been something simply & not life threading.
With her second words he spoke "Yes, it was not the wisest of ideas & that is alright, I was more suppised that anyone would be out here at this time epecial a Lady" Alright that likly soundd like a slam despite what he wanted it to be but, she would take it as she thought he ment it & Rigoletto was not likly to try & changer her mind on it.
(Sorry it is short, I can posted more when I come back if you want)

"Then that is good, for these area is not one of the best for anyone alone to travel” Charlotte looked up at him from the ground and nodded slightly in agreement to the statment. She didn't like admitting that she had done something so stupid, but she found she could not deny it this time. Next time she needed to keep her temper more even before she went out and got herself lost. “Then since you are not quite lost, perhaps you simply need pointed in the way that you wish to head?”She thought about it for a moment thinking about the direction from which she came and where she needed to go. Char looked behind her at the growth of trees and decided there was no way she could find her way back home through it without getting lost. "Yes, that would be quite helpful. If you can point me to the town square I can find my way home from there." Charlotte pushed her hair back again trying to tame the large mess of curls. She hoped that she could get home and then somehow arrive to a kinder, more easily pleased version of her husband who would forgive her uncalled for leave, but what was this but a dream! "Yes, it was not the wisest of ideas & that is alright, I was more surprised that anyone would be out here at this time especially a Lady"Absently Charlotte looked up at the sky squinting her eyes to the sun wondering exactly what time it was. She hoped she hadn't been absent for too long or she would surely be in for worse than she had previously thought. "I can imagine most woman would fear the forest, Sir. Not that I don't, but not as much as some, I suppose."(Nope. It was a perfectly good length!

Rigoletto heard her words; he listened to them thinking them over a moment before giving her the best directions.
"Yes, that would be quite helpful. If you can point me to the town square I can find my way home from there."
With that he looked once to spot the area that was the quickest path back & was for once likely the safest as well, as odd & strange as it would work out that way. The odds where that she had come form that direction, any way & when heading back would notice that as well. Of course it would very on where she had come from, on where she would have come from to start with.
Raising a hand he pointed the direction that was to her lifted “There is a Sheppard’s path that, is just past those to large oaks that appear to have been here longer then time” The two oaks where the largest then any others & looked to have been around for some time & that is likely where there was a Sheppard’s path there.
“If you fallow it, the path will lead back to the town squire on the side back side of the church” Strange how well he knew the paths that ran along the town squire as well as other places such as around the castle & other places he had been hanging around at so to speak.
With her next words at her actions he wandered in the back of his mind how long she had been out here? It was not real late but, then it was setting into later into the after noon so the sun would be going down with in a few hours & not knowing how long it would take her to walk back to where she had come from would very.
"I can imagine most woman would fear the forest, Sir. Not that I don't, but not as much as some, I suppose."
With those words he spoke “There are not many men that would like the idea of being in the forest alone & I think that has something to deal with the idea of being robbed” Of course he spoke of Robin Hood throw he had not had any trouble with the man & it would appear there was some grounds on he did not bother him & he did not bother Rigoletto.

“There is a Sheppard’s path that, is just past those to large oaks that appear to have been here longer then time. If you fallow it, the path will lead back to the town squire on the side back side of the church”
Charlotte nodded as she moved forward in order to gain view of the said trail. She gave him a smile as she looked back up to him. Without thinking she put her hand to the small cross necklace she wore. She liked the security it gave her. It was so steadfast and the idea of always having it latched around her neck was very comforting.
"Oh. Why thank you for telling me, Sir." Char said as she studied the road. "And that is a lovely horse you have," Charlotte commented without thinking about it. The horse had caught her eye more so than anything else in the forest today.
“There are not many men that would like the idea of being in the forest alone & I think that has something to deal with the idea of being robbed”
Charlotte thought about this for a moment knowing this was in fact the reason coming out here was so incredibly stupid. There were outlaws. But, she didn't have anything of importance besides her necklace and usually they didn't steal from lowly peasants. Even if they did she assured herself she could live without it.
"I hardly have anything for them to take," Charlotte said with a laugh, "one of the joys of owning nothing."
(Sorry that was kind of short.)

Rigoletto saw her as she moved, to get a better view of the trail that he had spoken of he watched her he did not miss that she put her hand around something ether out of fear or it gave her comfort was left to be said. He was not about to ask on the matter ether, with her next words:
"Oh. Why thank you for telling me, Sir."
He nodded & spoke your welcome me Lady, he did not ask her name for one she had not given it & he had not asked. With her next words he could not help but, give a flicker of a smile or what likely was one.
"And that is a lovely horse you have,"
“Thank you & I am sure my horse is even more grateful for your kind words”
After that he simply watched as he waited, to see what she would say next or if he would need to say something throw he did not think so.
"I hardly have anything for them to take,"
“I suppose that would be true, if one does not look like they have anything then they likely would allow a person to pass by” It would depend on the robber but still, they had normal reason of money when it came to stopping people he then, heard her laugh & nodded once as he heard her speak
"One of the joys of owning nothing."
“True & when such things happen one only has gain to come to them”
(I know it is short, will work more on the next one)

“Thank you & I am sure my horse is even more grateful for your kind words”
Charlotte studied the horses features again letting the necklace go. The sun flickered across it showing it's design in a bright, blinding light. She retained her wide smile as she moved towards the horse, but not getting too close knowing that it or it's rider wouldn't like that.
"I am Charlotte Bennett, Sir," she said absently. "Not like it matters," she added under her breath hoping he hadn't hear it, though it really didn't matter either way.
“I suppose that would be true, if one does not look like they have anything then they likely would allow a person to pass by”
The sun seemed to make patterns along the ground as it peeked through some of the trees, but was unable to break through others as their endless green blocked it. Charlotte's gaze was set on the ground as she studied these designs. She nodded slightly in agreement as she looked up.
“True & when such things happen one only has gain to come to them”
Charlotte looked up at him, confused at what his words meant. She was quick to speak of her confusion. "I am afraid I do not know what you mean by that." She didn't want to sound stupid, but she was curious as to what he meant.
(Sorry that was a bad post.)

He watched her but, also keep aware of what was going on around him such as those that might be out & around. With her last words “I am afraid I do not know what you mean by that”
He spoke “I meant that those that have nothing, in the end have what many could only hope for, that having nothing means that one only gains if it is in weight or wisdom is left open but, one learns much with they have nothing but, there honor, there morals & believes” With that spoke he did not know if she, would under stand but, he hoped it would help to shed some light on the matter.

“I meant that those that have nothing, in the end have what many could only hope for, that having nothing means that one only gains if it is in weight or wisdom is left open but, one learns much with they have nothing but, there honor, there morals & believes”
Charlotte stared at him for a moment clearly surprised by his words, and pleasantly surprised at that. She was stunned that someone like him, who was clearly from the castle, would have the insight to see this and shun people who had nothing, like Noah had seemed to do saying peasant in such a negative way it sickened her. She shifted slightly tilting her head slightly with a smile.
"I do agree with you, very much on that matter. It seems to me you are very different from the other folk like you," Charlotte said being a bit bold to speak her judgements out loud, "Most shun the thought of living in poverty, though you obviously see the rewards of it. I have often pondered on the matter myself and find that one who is framed by having nothing is so much more wise and humbled than one who is given all his desires." Charlotte grinned at him, wishing she was talking to face instead of a mask. She liked to see how people felt through there facial expressions and with him it was impossible to tell if she needed to back down and quit speaking so boldly or if he was fine with her speaking so.
She was glad to have company in this circumstance. Even though the one she was speaking to was incredibly mysterious not even having introduced himself to her. She didn't mind this too much, but she would like to know his name. "Sir, just out of curiousity, what is your name?" Charlotte was definitely hesitant to ask this question, though she convinced herself it wasn't too much to ask for. A simple name? She watched him closely for any body language that could signal what his mood was since his face failed to betray anything.

He saw her as she stared at him, as well as tilted her head, was that surprise or had he insulted her some how, he did not know it had been simply his answer on his thoughts on the matter. -I do agree with you, very much on that matter- As she spoke he listened; with her second -It seems to me you are very different from the other folk like you-
“Folk like me?” Great he was placed with in a block of a group, of course it was how many dealt with people & at times he had to do as well. But, with her next words he listened once more not saying anything throws, she had bit her lip just before she spoke
-Most shun the thought of living in poverty, though you obviously see the rewards of it. I have often pondered on the matter myself and find that one who is framed by having nothing is so much more wise and humbled than one who is given all his desires."
As she spoke her judgments out loud, of his words he spoke after hers, he shruged “Likely because they have had to earn it or fight for it one might say”
He saw her grin, with hearing her words -Sir, just out of curiosity, what is your name?-
His eyes flickered a moment before he spoke “Rigoletto” He was leery to tell of his last name, it drew up to many questions & he did not like throws kinds of questions. Such as why did not take his place in the rank & title he was rightly granted by blood threw, he had learned that blood & rank, as well as title did not mean everything.
His eyes flickered again, as he waited to see what she would say, he looked in the direction of a light sound only to see a raven fly from out of a tree, his horse lightly flicked his head not so much of being startled more, that it was something to do. The light sound of him chomping on his bit before, it slowed back down to a quite silent once more that rested between just them.

“Folk like me?”
Charlotte swallowed and her eyes moved away from his face once more before returning back in rather quick succession. "I didn't mean for that... to sound judgmental." Charlotte said apologetically. "I meant people from the castle, not that I have met many." Internally Char was trying to get herself to quit talking because if she kept on the would sound like more of a fool than she already did.
“Likely because they have had to earn it or fight for it one might say.”
While letting out a slight sigh Char shifted her weight onto her other foot. She nodded in agreement, though didn't speak in fear of offending him again. She wondered if he had to earn what he had or if he lead a life of more easy rewards. He seemed to understand the concept very well, but did he live that way or not? She wasn't about to ask this question.
“Rigoletto."
Char offered him another useless smile that she knew fully well he couldn't return, it was just habit. She turned around the name in her head a few times, though she didn't seem to recognize it from anywhere. Not like she would have reason to, she didn't mingle with the upper class on too many occasions. "Very nice to meet you, Rigoletto," Char said while retaining the smile and giving a slight curtsy out of simple habit as well.
