Robin continued kissing her as her arms came to wrap around his neck. They had become less focused, his mouth simply moving over her skin, lips parted as his breathing sped up, becoming shallow as his pleasure grew, unable to hold in the moans whenever she moved.
He kissed his way along her jaw until his mouth was by her ear. "I love you, Marian," he whispered, his voice breathless.

"I love you too, Robin."
She was starting to lose the battle to hold on to this as long as she could. She wanted to keep going, keep this closeness all the time. She would be happy if they just stayed like this for the rest of their lives. She had never felt so close to him in the years they knew each other.
"Robin I..."
She wanted to tell him, tell him she didn't want to stop, but she was losing her breath too much, she couldn't take up enough breath to allow herself to talk much more.

"I know," he managed between shallow breaths, knowing what she was trying to say without having to hear it. This moment had been put off for so long, so many times, and now that it was here he did not want it to end.
He could feel it building inside of him, the feeling of finally sharing this with her was too much. His breath came in stuttered gasps as the pleasure grew until he went tense, his body finding its release. He sagged against her, the energy sapped from his limbs.

Soon, she could feel him nearing release. Her hands ran down to his back as she arched, her nails digging into his flesh as she too found her own release, moaning his name as she did so. She fell back against the forest floor, Robin soon collapsing on top of her.
"Robin..." she said, no idea what she wanted to say to him. She just needed to know he was still there, her mind was all over the place she was not sure of much. Well, other than how fantastic she felt.

He felt her tense against him, her nails digging into his back. There was something incredible about it, feeling her experience this for the first time.
Robin shifted slightly, lifting some of his weight off her, aware that he was laying heavily against her. "Mmm?" The enquiring noise was the best he could manage when she said his name.

She was slightly thankful when he moved some of his weight from her. He was not exactly heavy but it was hard to deal with all his weight on her at the moment. She took a deep breath when he replied to her saying his name, suddenly realising her worry.
"Was it...okay? For you?"
She could still barely breathe, but she had to ask him.

Robin leaned up on one arm, looking down at her with a smile. "It was perfect for me, Marian," he reassured her.
He brushed the sweaty hair back from her face. "Are you okay?" He meant so much. Was she happy they had done this, was she hurting, had she enjoyed it. Everything.

"I'm...wonderful."
True, she was still in a little bit of pain, but other than that she felt fine. She was buzzing from what just happened, never felt more content in her life. Her heart was beginning to slow down again, and she smiled at Robin.
"You are wonderful."

"You certainly are," he agreed with a smile, pressing a gentle kiss to her lips, only to laugh quietly when she said he was.
"No regrets?" He asked her quietly, unable to resist stroking his thumb across her cheek. Was it possible he loved her more? He doubted it was possible for him to love her more than he already did, but he had never felt closer to her, and not just because of the physical act. She had shown him so much trust, had given him so much.

"No regrets."
She smiled at him, trying to convey just how much she loved what had happened, loved him. She had become one with him in every sense of the word, and would never ever regret this moment in her life.
