When he finally spoke his name, Robin looked at him, thinking. Somehow, and he did not know how, the name sounded familiar.
"Once? You go by a different name now? And what might that be? The man in black? The dark rider? The heathen on the horse?" Robin laughed, mocking him as he tried to remember when they might have met, if ever.

Rigoletto heard Robin's words "I gave up my name long ago & with it gained a new name a allyes name the Black Knight, a name that many have come to ether fear with only the whisper of it thought, it was not always so"

Robin smirked. "Oh, you strike fear into people's hearts, do you? With what, exactly? The holding back of answers, or the unwillingness to kill?"
He took a step back, glancing at Marian, only now aware that she was still holding her bow, watching them silently.
He cocked his head to the side, looking at Rigoletto curiously. "Have we met before?" Robin was wracking his brain trying to come up with the answer. It would have had to have been a while ago. Perhaps at the castle? None of the villages, he knew that much. And surely not in the Holy Land.

"Just becouse I did not kill you, does not mean that I have not killed" It was not somthing he was prowed of, to think of but, many had fall at his hands & many he felt the gult of spilling there blood.
"What makes you think we have meet, after all when would two such as use ever meet, tell now" He waited to see what Robin, would say but, he did not say any more.

Robin rolled his eyes. "I did not say you had not killed. I am certain you have. I said you were unwilling to kill. I can see it in you."
Sighing, he shook his head in exasperation. "I'm not sure. Which is why I asked. Your name sounds familiar, is all. Now that I have heard it."

Rigoletto heard Robins words “Any one can kill, should the reason be to there liking or they feel that they must, so it is not some much unwilling” He looked at Robin but, said noting to his last words since he would leave him to thinking on what had happened.

Marian was now positive that she had met this man now, the giving of his name making her realise. She had been watching, waiting for the right moment to help Robin, and at his words she felt anger well up in her. He really thought that everyone could be like him? Could kill so easily, without a care. She always knew that Robin killed in the Holy Land and it was obvious that he was changed and hurt by it.
"Not everyone is that cold that they can kill without a thought," she said before she meant to speak. She could feel the loose bow in her hands and was ready to pull it back and shoot him in his shoulder if need be.

Robin turned his gaze to Marian as she spoke. She was looking at the man before them as if she knew him. This whole situation was just getting strange. It was like a puzzle with missing pieces he did not possess.
"Marian," A questioning look covered his face as he spoke to her. "Do you know him?" He gestured to Rigoletto.

"I met him once in the castle. He offered to escort me to wherever I wanted to go because I was worried over the Sheriff finding me without a guard. We had quite a talk."
She did not take her eyes off of him, almost as if she was daring the man to say he would go back to the Sheriff and give away where she was. She had thought him a sweet man when they had met, and now he seemed far too much like a threat.

At her words, Robin raised his bow, pulling the string taut and aiming directly at Rigoletto again.
"You are an ally of the sheriff?" All the good humour was now gone from his voice. If he were to go back to the castle now and speak of what he had seen, then Marian would be in danger.

"He is. Though he was most helpful, suggesting that he speak to the Sheriff to allow him to walk elsewhere with me. And that I should speak to the Sheriff to help my father. Clearly an ally who has not seen the Sheriff for who he is."
When Robin's hold on his bow tightened, she slowly brought her own up, pointing it straight at him, knowing that if she had to, she would let that bow go.

Glancing briefly at Marian, Robin nodded at her. He was pleased that she had her bow, knowing that she was able to defend herself if the need arose.
"You are truly a mystery. Only too recently I find you chasing villagers through the forest like animals, and today you rescue children. Surely, if you assist Vaizey you must not know of his evil." Robin paused before asking with a laugh, "What job has he given you? Surely it must have an amusing title."

Rigoletto looked at Marian when she spoke, he said nothing when she spoke tell after word “No not all are but, many with in power are” The way she said it he could since almost feel her dislike for him perhaps ever hate or loathing. Rigoletto said nothing as he heard Robin & Marian, exchange words but, he did not miss Robin’s actions at her words of the Sheriff, he did not miss Robin as he drew his word tight ready to shoot him. He then heard Robin’s words on the Sheriff “I heard whispers of many of his crimes but, he does not control me like a slave that trimbles when around him” Rigoletto might have chassed down the villagers but, he had keep them safe even if it did not look so, for anyone else that had lead that attack would of much rather have killed them all.

"You do not tremble at the sight of him, only bend to his every command? Such strong convictions you have, my friend." His tone was anything but sincere.
Robin lowered his bow, fed up with the situation. "You stand there, pretending to have these honourable views of things, yet you walk in a grey world, not good, not truly evil. It makes no sense and I have not the patience to understand it."
He could not understand how someone could be that way. To him, it was simple. You either fought for good, or you fought for evil. He had done his share of things wrong in the past, but his life now was his attempt at atonement. This man seemed to have no qualms in walking that fine line with no remorse.

Rigoletto said nothing at his first words; with his second words he spoke “You think that I have no honor?” Rigoletto could not but, challenged back “Perhaps in some views, it would be a gray world, for those that become truly evil, you will find can not be saved for more then one reason & those that are good, they stand up to make things to the point for those that can not, you once said that I was like others you had fought & I told you then that you could not so easily predicted me, one day things will make since to you & why I do what I do but, tell then I can not speak on it for only those that are ready hear the truth & believe it would know it to be so, if I told you, you would not believe me at least not yet”
